To initiate a cancellation, please email us at sales@portraitoflove.shop within 24 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.

Please note we do not have a return policy, returns are only accepted in the following scenarios:

To initiate an exchange, kindly place a request with us at sales@portraitoflove.shop within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note exchange is only possible in case of a sizing issue- once we have received the exchange item(s), we will ship the new size to you.
You may exchange your Online Store purchase, excluding sale items and products belonging to the non-returnable category (as indicated on the website, or “Swimwear”, “Lingerie”, or “Accessories”) by shipping it back to us at your expense. Subject to adherence to the following terms:
Exchanges will only be accepted on items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside of their respective period and without a valid exchange request will not be processed.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged due to the fault of the customer. Items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram or Tik Tok posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned.” Once this tag is removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Should you wish to exchange an item, Portrait of Love does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund. Portrait of Love does not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned but for faulty items. All international returns should be shipped back to Portrait of Love as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.
Any DDU orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or customs, will have the incurred duties and taxes deducted from the store credit.
