Shipping Policy

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING AND EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMELINES. 

All orders are processed for shipment within 5-14 business days. 

Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an addition 2-4 business days. 

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. 

Please note: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Public Holidays are not set as business days. 

Company will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but Company will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure in such delivery. Company expressly reserves the right to effect delivery of any order in any number of separate shipments, and the modes of transport and carriers will be decided at Company's discretion. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. If your delivery address is geographically remote or otherwise difficult to deliver to, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. Company will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond Company's reasonable control. In such cases, Company will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.

DELIVERY PARTNERS 

For delivery, we use Bluedart/ DHL’S Express Worldwide Service. 

CURRENCY, DUTIES AND TAXES

The price of products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).

Shipping fee will be indicated at Checkout depending on the shipping address of the customer.

Deliveries to all countries will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you may need to pay duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country.

Should you wish to return an item, Portrait of Love do not refund duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. All international returns should be shipped back to Portrait of Love as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.
